From it's early beginnings over 30 years ago, Richmond Building Supplies has grown to become one of BC's most respected building supply dealers.

It all began in 1966 when three local builders recognized a need for a quality building materials supplier to serve the needs of builders and developers in the fast growing areas of Richmond, then mostly farmland, and south Vancouver.

The first office and yard operated out of an old house at the rear of the current complex on Bridgeport Rd. Business quickly grew and a door shop was added followed by numerous expansions and extensions to facilities including the most recent expansion of the showroom into a spectacular product display.

Richmond Building Supplies now employs over 25 people with a large and loyal customer base serving needs from small renovations to large scale, multi family developments.

Yes we can help you with your export needs. If you're in the US, or Asia Pacific or even Europe, no problem. In fact, we've sent container loads of quality building materials all around the world.

From fulfilment to packaging and delivery including customs brokering, we can make your export experience worry free.
